A seven-storey
steel framed block on City Road East, Manchester.
The site
formerly had a large electrical substation which was demolished and a small
package substation erected.
The ground floor
arrangement is dictated by the car parking layout and the need to bridge
over the substation.
The project was
completed in January 2005. |
