A
masonry structure, supporting a partially
pre-cast concrete first floor and timber
roof. The use of laminated timber
roof beams achieved larger spans, creating
flexible space and adding to the overall
character of the building.
Completed
in June 2000, the building won a Civic
Trust Award.
